We have a programmed doubt against our government due to our historical struggles. We may say that the system has changed now, that we are heading for the better. But somewhere in our minds, we have doubt making knocking sounds at the door of our manufactured facade of tranquility.
History also provided these figures of authority an archetypal fall back which they could access anytime they like (anytime their conscience fall, which is equivalent to each time you would stare at a short-skirted chick). They are reminded that a crook could get away unscathed provided he plays the proper game and still reap the benefits of his loot. A corrupt official is now a role to be played in this country which, on paper, is not accepted, but only because the script says so.
The system is that fucked up.

RHbill is one benevolent law. It could change the psyche of the people, possibly improve family lives on the future, alleviate poverty in our country, redistribute the populace to lessen density on select areas. What could probably go wrong?
Fuck what the church is saying. Fuck the side-effects of family planning. Fuck conservatism on its ass. Today people wants, like Freddie Mercury, to ‘break free’. They want to be liberated.
RHbill is not only a law concerning its numerical effects on our country, but also a stamp of approval that we, citizens of a third world country, are liberated. That we are progressive thinkers. That we have a first world mind.
But the problem is this.

The system is fucked up. All those pent up feelings for liberty, all those musings of a developed country, all the debate, all the arguments and counter-arguments, will be enclosed in a tiny ball we call bill. And who gets to play that ball?
The authorities.
The authorities with their knowledge of an archetypal fall back of a corrupt official. The authorities which are the subject of our doubt. The authorities which are still tied to that system we said was already fucked up.
So what will happen to that ball? It gets played. And it gets played dirty.

But do we really need them? Do we really need to encapsulate all those hopes into a bill and hope for a clean hand to play it? The wait is a million times worse than your morning EDSA traffic.
Have you seen those condom commercials lately? Have you guys talked about sex recently? Have your good neighbors talked you into family planning?
We were already doing this RH thing without it having even it be a bill.
Sex, intercourse, copulation, fucking is one subject filled with curiosity. We dress well because we want to please the opposite sex. We powder our faces so we would look alluring. Hell, I suppose all our actions are geared toward sex (even this writing is a pose for a certain niche). The whole talk about sex is thicker than the combined thick faces of your congressmen. We just need to extract the proper pimple for that, and that could be our RH thing.

" “The real information gap in the twenty-first century is not who has access to the Internet and who does not. It is the gap between people who have the skills to create knowledge and those who are simply in a process of affirming preconceptions without ever growing and learning. It is the new gap between reason and superstition.” "

They say things come in three’s and here’s more evidence to support that theory. On the heels of The White Stripes and LCD Soundsystem‘s respective break-ups, People reports that the Damon Albarn-led Gorillaz have also called it quits. According to the report, the Gorillaz 2010 world tour became “dogged with angry rows” and shortly after the band’s final performance, Albarn and his Gorillaz cohort, Jamie Hewlett, had a “massive argument” that “basically ended things.” Apparently, “things haven’t been great for a while, between Albart and Hewlett, with Hewlett said to be frustrated at ‘how much time Albarn was giving to his many other projects’ and Albarn was ‘less than impressed with Jamie’s party lifestyle.’” If the thing reads like a tabloid piece, it’s because it is. That said, the news does come just weeks after Albarn delivered a lengthy speech during the band’s final scheduled concert in which he told the audience that this may be the final time the collective performs together. Currently, Albarn is said to be working with his other acclaimed outfit, Blur, as well as on an opera. PS. the article mispelled Gorillaz.

“All artists are willing to suffer for their work. But why are so few prepared to learn to draw?”
Just like the problem with god. He is omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent. Some said he is in our hearts, but really who is he?
